Eligibility
Head of household must be between 18 and 24 years old at time of application and move-in. All units are reserved for applicants that are Currently Homeless.
The waiting list for studio units at Harmon Gardens opens on March 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 2, 2025.
Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop off at: 3240 Sacramento St., Berkeley, CA 94702 at the following times:
Friday, March 28, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, April 1st, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Paper applications will be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to 3240 Sacramento St., Berkeley, CA 94702. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by April 2, 2025 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on April 9, 2025.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
The 24-hour support phone line will open on March 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM and close on April 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Please call the number above for assistance.

The Housing Authority of the City of Livermore (LHA) will open the wait list for 5 Project-Based Voucher (PBV) properties starting on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. It will close on Wednesday, April 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. or until a sufficient number of applications are received, whichever occurs later.
